You will receive a response from Musubiya by the method you contacted us which is either email, phone or text with a request for payment.

If our Musubiya team do not receive a reply, your order will not be fulfilled.

For group orders, please assign a single contact to manage your group order to streamline the process.

There is no cancellation fee if you change or cancel your order before 6.00pm the day before delivery.

Our meals are prepared fresh and if an order is cancelled within 24hrs, we reserve the right to withhold the payment for the cancelled menu items.

Our delivery area is up to 20km from Bondi Junction.
